I have to say, "Yes!"
A 15 year old member of our homeschool group recently shared some wonderful information.
He had just won a scholarship and was asked to speak to our LifeTeen group.
Javier told the group about a project that he has worked on to provide an efficient way of refrigerating food and cleaning water for those in third world countries.
Please pray for safe travels for Javier, his mother and his father. They will be presenting his project, his thoughts, how he developed the ideas, and how his parents have encouraged him through the years to a company in San Sebastian, Spain. The company contacted the family and asked them to fly over and present a few talks.
I ask you to keep them wrapped in prayer. Would you also pray for the mission that Javier has set for himself of helping the poor throughout the third world countries. He will be visiting India in February to work also.
Remember Javier is a homeschooled 15 year old who has been nurtured to follow his interests, his strengths and his passions. He is literally changing the world.
Safe travels and thank you, Javier for doing God's work and letting us support you in prayer.

One of my lifelong friends and his wife home schooled both of their children until they were in high school. They continued to excel and both are now honot students at Texas A&M ... kudos to parents who home school and truly care for their children's education.
Oh, that is amazing!
