What is $825 Billion?

Just how much money is $825 billion? Think about that number from a few different perspectives and try to wrap your mind around it.

$825 billion is enough money to give every man, woman and child in the United States $2,700. $825 billion is enough money to give every person in America living in povery $22,000.

$825 billion will cost every household in America $6,700 in additional debt, burdening America's already unsustainable debt.

$825 billion--the cost of this one bill--is nearly equivalent to the annual discretionary budget for the entire federal government.

I found this info at American Issues Project. Anyone have any idea about this website and it's reliability? To tell you the truth -- $825 billion is WAAAAY too big for me to wrap my head around with any sort of real perspective.
But I did the math to check out, at least, the first example and it was pretty accurategive or take 5 illion . . . .

I took $2, 700 X the population of the USA - according to https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/print/us.html

2, 700 X 303,824,640 =$820,326,528,000

The man in the street wont see a cent of it...It will all go to the rich fat cats and 'special projects' for different Senators.

Talk about throwing good money after bad!

Peace to you always:)
