Bibles and Cell Phones

This note made me stop and re-access my priorities . . . . . Thought I would share.

Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we flipped through it several times a day?

What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?

What if we used it when we traveled?

What if we used it in case of emergency?

Here is something to possibly make you ponder a moment . . . . Do you know where your Bible is?

Oh, and one more thing.

Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected. Jesus already paid the bill.

And no dropped calls!

H/T to A Catholic Mom in Minnesota for this. She credits her friend, Gina. :-)
I think it is an excellent post and I am passing it on. Hoping others will, too.

Peggy...that's powerful. Mine won't fit in my purse, but I think maybe I need a smaller one now. Great post!

If you have an iPhone you can get books to read on it. Much like a Kindle. So you have the best of both worlds.
