I have Internet access for a small time frame! Yay!
But -- it looks like I may be limited to wifi at businesses and the airports for a bit. This is causing a huge change in the way I communicate, pay bills, and even the way I do my lesson planning at school!

I have worked ahead on my Thursday "Preparing for the Mass" posts. I have them post-dated and they should show up each Thursday like clockwork!!
We are having lots of problems with our living situation running the gamut from faulty plumbing and electrical issues to - literally - a gang of young men who prowl the streets at night.
Who would have known that this quaint little town (by day) becomes so dangerous by night?
I have already witnessed a drug deal go down in the empty lot behind us.
There is a festival coming up that I have been warned about. It draws tourists but I hear that this particular crowd is very rowdy and usually inebriated. The only good thing about it is that most shop owners stay at their shops during this festival (day and night) to keep watch. So, the town, at least, will not be so deserted from dusk to dawn.
I knew we were in for an "adventure" but I was thinking in terms of
- tiny town
- tiny space
- working together as a family in the shop
- getting to know the ecclectic shop owners
Because of a recent flood in the shop, due to plumbing that was not sealed properly, we have decided to give all consignment items back to artists. I was astounded at the damage that happened in such a short time with all that water.
Luckily? only our belongings were damaged. See what I mean. . . . . I think it is actually kind of funny that I feel blessed that only our stuff was ruined!
Peace and blessings to all of you! I hope to find some reliable wifi spots so I can keep checking in!

I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles. I will pray that things get easier for you soon, and that you find something to laugh about now, because I find my own troubles easier when I can laugh about them.
Peace and Laughter!
Cristina
I have scheduled quite a few posts ahead when I want to spend a bit less time online. It is a good way to be posting regularly without spending too much time online.
oh my goodness!! I will be praying it gets better:)
