Clinton speaks about embryos and says "if they are not fertilized" they should not be used for research. Huh?? And he goes on to say that "if embryos were ever on their way to be fertilized, they shouldn’t be used for for experimentation."
I thought, "Dr. Gupta, the interviewer, is a medical doctor, isn’t he? " I kept wondering when he was going to point out that an embryo is an embryo because it has been fertilized. It is a genetically complete & it is a fully fertilized egg! Gupta said nothing. Could it possibly be that Bill Clinton and Dr. Gupta don’t really know what an embryo is?Clinton makes it abundantly clear that he believes fertilized embryos should not be used for experimentation!
