Like the Special Olympics or Something

In the first appearance by a sitting president on "The Tonight Show" President Obama attempted to yuk it up with the funnyman, Jay Leno, and ended up insulting the disabled.
Towards the end of his approximately 40-minute appearance, the president talked about how he's gotten better at bowling and has been practicing in the White House bowling alley.
He bowled a 129, the president said.
"That's very good, Mr. President," Leno said sarcastically.
It's "like the Special Olympics or something," the president said.

He's not the most mature human being on the planet. I'm sure we'll hear more comments like this. He tries to be self depreciating, but ends up taking it at another's expense.

Hmm, sort of like his viewpoints on "Life"! "Helping" Americans with eugenics. The poor man is very misguided. I pray for his soul frequently, and his change through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Interesting, isn't it, that the day after this aired on Leno, it was announced that Obama would be speaking at Notre Dame's graduation?

As if there weren't enough reasons why he should never. Ever. EVER. be allowed to speak at a Catholic university's commencement, here's one more.

And yet's he's invited anyway.

I just love watching this Democrat and his cronies squirm. He is an extremely arrogant man, and he suffers his own foolishness. Justice will always be served in the end. There will be more, much more of this. But do you feel they will EVER wake up and realize that the shoe is on the other foot? Not in this lifetime ....

Asbestos is a naturally occurring silicate mineral with long, thin fibrous crystals. The word asbestos is derived from a Greek adjective meaning inextinguishable. The Greeks termed asbestos the miracle mineral because of its soft and pliant properties, as well as its ability to withstand heat.Asbestos is known to have toxicity. The inhalation of toxic asbestos fibers can cause serious illnesses, including malignant mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis. Since the mid 1980s, many uses of asbestos have been banned in several countries.Asbestos became increasingly popular among manufacturers and builders in the late 19th century because of its resistance to heat, electricity and chemical damage, its sound absorption and tensile strength. When asbestos is used for its resistance to fire or heat, the fibers are often mixed with cement or woven into fabric or mats. Asbestos was used in some products for its heat resistance, and in the past was used on electric oven and hotplate wiring for its electrical insulation at elevated temperature, and in buildings for its flame-retardant and insulating properties, tensile strength flexibility, and resistance to chemicals.
