Q: What do the dots next to the saints mean (in the side bar)? For example:
 01/20 - m | ST. SEBASTIAN | |||
| 01/21 - M | ST. AGNES | |||
| 01/22 - m | ST. VINCENT | |||
 01/24 - M | St. Francis de Sales | |||
| 01/25 - F | Conversion of Paul | |||
| 01/26 - M | SS. Timothy & Titus | |||
A: The dots represent the liturgical color to be used when celebrating Mass on that day.
Red – represent martyrs who died for the faith.
White – represents those who have beatified or canonized but did not die in defense of the faith.

I am smiling -- since you are a kidder, you would have gotten a kick out of my reaction at first reading of your question. Dots? Oh no, the fumes are somehow escaping through the computer screen!!!! People are seeing dots! LOL
