Memes are flying around the blogsphere like fireflies at dusk! Don't know about you, but I'm always up for a bit of fun.
First, the Rules: Post 7 random facts/habits about yourself. Tag others. Remember to leave each person a comment telling them they’ve been tagged.
1. I was a gypsy in the Renaissance Faire for a couple of years. I marveled at the simplicity & freedom of the lifestyle. The arts abounded like wild flowers and creativity was sparked and encouraged in every nook and cranny of the faire.
2. I love to roller skate.
3. I went to Texas A&M, as a teacher, kicking & silently screaming. . . but it ended up being a fantastic new adventure! After less than a semester I fell madly in love with the school, the students and everything about the area. You will only understand this if you know Aggies!
4. I like to keep the salt and pepper shakers together. If they are apart I feel obligated to put them together.
5. I have had premonitions of the future. When the event happens I have yet to be able to change the outcome.
6. Lately I have been having a blast finding old friends on facebook.

7. I love to be alone (with my family) in the country really, really F A R from "civilization."

Thanks for the tag!
You know, the salt and pepper shaker should ALWAYS stay together; for example: when someone asks you to please pass the salt, you are supposed to pass the salt AND pepper as a pair!
So, Miss Manners would be really, really proud of you.
And I used to be GREAT at roller skating...not on roller blades, though. Just on good old fashioned skates.
God bless.
Really!!!! Wow, maybe my whole "salt and pepper thing" began as a child. That is so interesting.
At roller rinks today most kids (and grown ups) use roller blades!! I still roll on those old fashioned wheels, too! I used to be way better than I am now. But, alas, if you don't use it (constantly) you lose it.
I am still good but not great anymore.
Did you used to do the shuffle? (That's what we called it in PA). The incredibly cool roller skaters were SO good at it.
I still think it feels like flying when I skate.
