1. Jews do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah.
2. Protestants do not recognize the Pope as the vicar of Christ.
3. Methodists do not recognize each other in the liquor store or at strip club. 

(2) A Mark Shea's quote and then a link that exemplifies it:
